I love to talk almost as much as I love to write. Because storytelling is a second love, I can perform the stories I write; a double dose of expression and fulfillment. I suppose it should be weird to be both an introvert and extrovert at the same time–or is it multiple personalities? But it feels natural to wrap my brain around my computer screen and make the world dissolve around me. On the other hand, I never feel more alive than when I am connecting with an audience and spreading my stories before their eyes as the story comes alive in me. It’s a rush. A real rush, and the side-effects are great, too.
I also love to camp, hike, bike, and get lost in my library. But I love most just being with my best friend, Ferron. Oh, by the way, he’s also my husband. I love to chill and watch Eli Stone or Monk with him, or read together, or travel. . .
I have lived in Missouri, Utah, California, Oregon, and Colorado. I’ve traveled all over the U.S. and wish I could see the world. I’m scared of heights (what rational person isn’t?), I have recently learned to oil paint, I’m terribly glad my mother forced me to take piano lessons as a girl, and I’m picking up my flute again. I love where I live and I love my life!
